Madison Manor Citizens Assocation Announcements: mmcaAnnounce
What is this? This group has been set up as a way for the MMCA leadership to easily distribute email messages to all interested MMCA members. Only authorized parties (primarily the MMCA Exectutive Committee) can post to this list, so by joining you won't be signing yourself up for a lot of junk mail or tons of email traffic.
Well, who's in the group? Anyone who wants to can join the group and receive neighborhood announcements. Only approved moderators can post to this list.
To send an email to the list, email to mmcaAnnounce@yahoogroups.com or click

To subscribe to the list, send an email from the account you want added to the list to mmcaAnnounce-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. You'll get an email asking you to confirm that you want to join (this is a security measure). Just reply to that email (you don't have to add any text) and you're in!
To unsubscribe from the list, send an email form the account you want deleted from the list to mmcaAnnounce-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com.

What is this? This is an easy way to send email to the neighborhood. Just click on the first link below and your message will go out to everyone who has subscribed to the list.
Well, who's in the group? Anyone who wants to can join the group and post messages (it's not moderated). To get your email address added to the list, click on the "subscribe to the list" link below. Note that because anyone can post to this list, it's liable to get much more traffic than mmcaAnnounce - resulting in a fuller email box for you.
